Tagliare e tostare la puccia in forno ben caldo. Preparare la crema di burrata con fiordilatte e panna. Assemblare il piatto iniziando dal pesto di pomodori secchi (semplicemente schiacciandoli con una forchetta), l’insalata lollo, poi le zucchine precedentemente grigliate, l’hamburger, la burrata. Completare decorando con 2 foglie di basilico, il peperone crusco e un filo d’olio extra vergine d’oliva.
