Ingredienti:
1 Base Pizza
1 Pomodoro Fresco da Insalata
3 Foglie di Insalata Lollo
7 fette di Capocollo Dolce
100 gr Formaggio “Pallone di Gravina”
Procedimento:
Infornare la Base Pizza da 22 cm per 30 secondi in forno preriscaldato (max potenza). Una volta ammorbidita la base pizza, piegare in 2, aggiungere un filo d’olio e ultimare la cottura per altri 2/3 minuti fino a doratura.
Sfornare e farcire con tutti i prodotti freschi: insalata, pomodoro a fette, capocollo e “Pallone di Gravina”.
