Lavare i Lamponi (o altri frutti di bosco). Tagliare la puccia in due parti e infornarla in forno preriscaldato per 3’/5’ min a 250 C°. Sfornare e farcire con uno strato uniforme di ricotta fresca e marmellata di Lamponi. Aggiungere i Lamponi (o altri frutti di bosco) a piacimento.
