This type of bread is a traditional product of the Puglia region and its dough is made of high quality ingredients: durum wheat semolina and common wheat flour, potato starch, soy lecithin, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, salt, brewer’s yeast and water. It contains gluten and soy.
Our ciabatta is made by hand and MAP packed in a food plastic bag according to EU directive 89/109/CEE regarding food contact materials.
