This Focaccia, typical of the city of Bari, is made of high quality ingredients: durum wheat semolina, potato starch, soy lecithin, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, salt, brewer’s yeast and water. It contains gluten and soy. It is topped with cherry tomatoes, black olives, oregano.
It is round, made by hand and MAP packed in a food plastic bag according EU directive 89/109/CEE regarding food contact materials.
