wash radicchio, cut into stripes and dry it. stir-fry and salt with a little bit of oil and parsley. Peel the chestnuts, cook them. Cook the bacon in a pan and make it crispy. Cut the puccia (bread) in half and put it in the preheated oven for 3/5 minutes at 250°. Remove and stuff puccia first with radicchio, then stracciatella, porcini mushrooms and bacon. Finally add chestnut pieces and decorate with small pieces of yellow cherry tomatoes.
