The language of the “white art” speaks like this:

1 DOUGH



The production of high-quality bakery products passes through the use of strictly local raw materials such as re-milled durum wheat semolina, extra virgin olive oil, water, yeast starter and salt.
These are the natural resources that are allocated in modern kneading machines, capable of processing large quantities of raw materials.

2 STRETCHING



The skilled staff in the production of pizzas, pucce and focacce, offer a hand rolling of the pizza bases, leaving the craftsmanship of the product intact.

3 BAKING



There are three tunnel ovens used to bake pizza bases and pucce and a fourth static oven for the focaccias in its many variations.
Now our delicacies are ready to be placed in the blast chillers.

4 PACKAGING



The products are packaged in MAP and distributed fresh (0° to +4 °C) or deep-frozen (-20 °C).

5 SHIPMENT



Three shipments a week to deliver the goods abroad, both in Western Europe and Eastern Europe, with an incidence of 42% of the foreign market on the total turnover that reached 5 million euros in 2016.
