Astonishing facts in the company production sector: 40,000 pizza bases, 20,000 pucce, 15,000 pinse and 8,000 focacce and focaccine, these are the average daily numbers, also in continuous "leavening" just to recall the dough.

Moreover, with a corresponding product demand, the company's capacity could push production to double the quoted numbers in the near future.

HOW OUR PRODUCTS
ARE BEING MADE

1 DOUGH



The production of high-quality bakery products passes through the use of strictly selected raw materials such as re-milled durum wheat semolina, extra virgin olive oil, water and salt.
These are the natural resources that are allocated in modern kneading machines, capable of processing large quantities of raw materials.

2 STRETCHING



The skilled staff in the production of pizzas, pucce, pinse and focacce, offer a hand rolling of the pizza bases, leaving the craftsmanship of the product intact.

3 BAKING



The products are cooked on stone in tunnel ovens. Now our delicacies are ready to be placed in the blast chillers.

4 PACKAGING



The products are packaged in MAP and distributed fresh (0° to +4 °C) or deep-frozen (-20 °C).

5 SHIPMENT



The goods are delivered both in Italy and abroad. Beyond national borders, turnover is constantly growing, currently equal to 75% of total turnover.
