Wash the rocket salad, cut thin smoked scamorza , salt and stir-fry in a pan already sliced potatoes and boiled before. Cut the peppers into long and narrow slices and cook them in pan or in the oven with a little bit of salt and oil. Cook the bacon in a pan for a few seconds to make it crispy. Cut in two Saltimbocca and put it in the preheated oven for 3/5 minutes at 250°. Remove and stuff first with peppers, potatoes, bacon, smoked scamorza and finally rocket salad and a little bit of extra virgin olive oil.
