Base Pizza s.r.l..,, with production site in Gravina in Puglia (BA), was founded in 2010 from the fusion of over thirty years of experience in the restaurant and bakery sector of the two brothers Vito and Gianni Aliano; it is a company Puglia specialized in the production of BASES FOR PIZZA, PUCCE, FOCACCE, CREPES
The company produces ARTISAN and HIGH QUALITY bakeries, using only local raw materials such as the re-milled durum wheat semolina, extra virgin olive oil and yeast starter. An important added value is given by the fact that all the products are HANDMADE STRETCHED by master pizza makers and packaged in MAP for a finest conservation.
The product is distributed FRESH (+ 4 °C) or FROZEN (-20 °C).
